ABOUT COACH CONNOR
Connor Agnew currently serves as the Director of Basketball Performance for Appalachian State University, overseeing the strength and conditioning programs for both Men’s and Women’s Basketball. Connor has over 6 years of experience working in the field of strength and conditioning, including stops at UPenn, the New York Jets, University of Tennessee, and Texas Tech University. Connor prides himself on developing strong relationships with his clients in order to help them achieve their goals. He currently lives in Boone, North Carolina with his fiancée Tess and their two dogs, Finley & Fiona.
